Exercise - Resistance Tube Sword-Out




Do not keep the elbow bend or twist the forearm in opposite direction or shrug the shoulder.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, hands close to the opposite pocket/hip holding one end of the reistance tube and the other end tied to the foot of the stable surface on the same side, elbows bend and thumb facing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, straighten the elbow, rotate the forearm such that thumb pointing towards the ceiling and diagonally elevate the arm to the same side of the shoulder against the reistance of the tube. Breathe out, bend the elbow, rotate the forearm and lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
