Exercise - Shoulder Backward Pull




Do not round/shrug the shoulder or arch the back.

Position : Stand
Stand, clasp the hands behind the back and elbows straight.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, squeeze the blades, open the chest and pull the hands away from the body and towards the feet. Feel for the stretch in front of the shoulders. Breathe out, release the pull to starting position.
