Exercise - Shoulder Horizontal Abduction Isometric with Elbow Flexed




Do not shrug/round the shoulder or move the elbow.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm to 90 degrees forward, bend the elbow to 90 degrees such that the forearm is in front of the chest, place another hand on the outer aspect of the arm.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the elevate arm out against the resistance of another hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the push. Repeat.
