Exercise - Side-lying Hip Abduction with Knee Flexed




Do not twist the leg or arch the back

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side, both knees bend to 90 degrees and arms relaxed.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the top leg towards the ceiling keeping the knee bend. Breathe in, lower the leg back to starting position. Repeat.
