DIRECTIONS

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side, bend both knees to 90 degrees such that hip and knees are in line.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the buttock of the top leg, kick the leg backwards maintaining the knee position. Breathe in, leg back to starting position. Repeat.
