Exercise - Side Plank Clamshell with Theraband




Do not arch/round the back or lift the feet.

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with knees bend to 90 degrees such that hips, knees and trunk are in line and elbows placed under the shoulder, loop a theraband around the thighs just above the knees, squeeze the buttocks and lift the hips off the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the feet together, lift the top knee towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the knee back to starting position. Repeat.
