Exercise - Stand Hip Flexion




Do not Lean forward or rotate the hip of the moving leg


Position : Stand
Stand facing the chair with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, place one finger on the back rest for balance/support if required.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the leg straight forward. Breathe in, move the leg back to starting position. Repeat
