Exercise - Stand Knee Flexion with Theraband




Do not arch the back or move the knee forward or lean in any direction

Position : Stand
Stand facing a chair with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, tie one end of the theraband above the ankle and other end under the other foot, place a finger on the chair for balance/support if needed.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the knee towards the hip. Breathe in, straighten the knee towards the floor. Repeat.
