Exercise - Standing Hip Flexion with Theraband




Do not Lean forward or rotate the hip of the moving leg

Position : Stand
Stand facing the chair with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, tie one end of the theraband to the leg just above the ankle and other end place it under the other foot, place one finger on the back rest for balance/support if required.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the leg straight forward pulling the theraband. Breathe in, move the leg back to starting position. Repeat
