Exercise - Supine Shoulder Internal Rotation with Dumbbell




Do not bend/straighten the elbow or shrug the shoulders or release the chin tuck.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor, arms by the side holding dumbbell, place a towel roll under the elbow and bend the elbow to 90 degrees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the arm inwards such that hand is moving towards you. Breathe in, rotate it back towards starting position. Repeat.
