Exercise - Supine Shoulder Internal Rotation with Other Hand




Do not arch the back or shrug/round the shoulder, or move the elbow.


Position : Supine
Lie on the back, place the arm on the towel roll close to the trunk, bend the elbows to 90 degrees such that hand facing the ceiling, hold the forearm just above the wrist with other hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck,blades set and core set. Breathe out, holding the wrist with other hand, rotate the arm inward such that the hand is moving towards the body without moving the elbow. Breathe in, rotate the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
