Exercise - Tennis Elbow Stretch At 45 Degrees




Do not bend the elbow or twist the wrist.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm forward to 45 degrees with palm facing the floor, move the hand towards the floor, place another hand on top of the hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the other hand move the hand further in direction of the floor. Feel for the stretch on the back of the forearm. Hold. Breathe in, release the stretch.
