Exercise - Tennis Elbow Stretch




Do not lock the elbow or twist the wrist

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, forearm resting on the arm rest of the chair such that elbow bend, hand off the arm rest and palm facing the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand in the direction of little finger followed by towards the floor. Using the other hand pull the hand in the same direction towards the floor and gradually straighten the elbow. Feel for the stretch on the outer aspect of forearm and elbow. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull and bend the elbow to starting position
