Exercise - VMO with Theraband




Do not move the trunk or release the press or rotate the hip.


Position : Sit
Sit, place a towel roll between the knees, tie one end of the theraband to the lower leg just above the ankle and other end to the stable surface behind the leg.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the towel roll between the knees and straighten the knee against the resistance of the theraband. Breathe in, bend the knee back to starting position. Repeat.
