Exercise - Wall Push With Circles




Do not shrug/round the shoulders or arch the back or lean on the wall.

Position : Stand
Stand, hold a towel roll and elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees such that the towel and the hand rest on the wall.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the wall using the arm and make small circles maintaining the push in clockwise direction. Repeat in anti-clockwise direction.
