Exercise - Wrist Flexor Stretch- Namaste Stretch




Do not to move the arm or elbow or twist the wrist.


Position : Stand
Stand, bend the elbow with palm facing towards the floor, bend the wrist towards the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and chin tuck. Breathe out, using the other hand bend the wrist further towards the floor. Feel for the stretch on the back of the wrist. Hold. Breathe in, release the stretch.
