Recommended Exercise - Tandem Walk with Head Up-Down

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart with toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, walk forward such that the heel of the front foot is touching the toes of the back foot. alternately look up towards the ceiling and towards the floor while walking. continue walking with head motion.

Recommended Exercise - Tandem Walk

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, walk by placing the heel of one foot in front of and touching the toes of the back foot. Look forward and ahead. Walk heel-to-toe in a straight line

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart against the wall, rest the back on the wall, arms crossed over chest.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the knees, lower down towards the floor by 30 degrees such as sitting on a chair, back in contact with the wall. Breathe in, squeeze the buttocks and stand up to starting position. Repeat.
