Sit on the ball with feet on the floor holding a medicine ball, roll forward on the ball such that upper body is on the ball, hips off the floor and trunk, hips and knees in straight line, elevate the hand towards the ceiling holding the ball.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, rotate the trunk to one side such that the opposite shoulder is off the gym ball.
Breathe in, rotate back to starting position.
Repeat and alternate the sides.
Stand with feet hip-width apart such toes pointing forward and arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift one leg off the floor by bending the hips and knee to 90 degrees. Breathe in, lower the leg back to starting position.
Repeat with the other leg and alternate.
Long sit with hands under the shoulders and calf on the gym ball.
Form & Movement
Maintain chint tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe in, squeeze the buttucks and lift the buttocks off the floor such that the trunk, buttocks and knees are in the straight line.
Breathe out, lower the buttocks to starting position.
Repeat.
