Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe in, elevate the arms overhead, maintaining the core set.
Breathe out, lower back to starting posiiton.
Repeat.

Stand facing the wall on a pillow with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, hold a ball in front.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, stand with feet close together, maintaining the balance, toss the ball on the wall forward.
Repeat.
Sit on the gym ball with feet on the floor such that hips-knees at 90-90 and arms crossed over the chest.

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, lift the toes of one foot off the floor.
Breathe in, lower the toes on the floor and lift the toes of other foot.
Repeat.
