Stand with feet hip-width apart beside a medicine ball such that toes pointing forward.

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe in, squat down, rotate the trunk and lift the ball.
Breathe out, squeeze the buttock and straight up holding ball in front close to chest.
Repeat.
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, hands behind the head such that elbows away from each other.
Form & Movement
Maintain core set, chin tuck and blades set.
Breathe out, lift the head, shoulders and upper chest off the floor.
Breathe in, lower the upper chest, shoulders and head back to starting position.
Repeat.
Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward.

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, walk forward by placing the foot diagonally out at 45 degrees.
Breathe in, bring the other foot close to the front foot.
Repeat in an opposite direction.
Stand with feet hip width apart, bend both knees to 20 degrees, elevate the arms in front, clasp the hands such that palm facing away.
Form & Movement
Maintain the chin tuck, core set and blades set.
Breathe out, reach forward and round your shoulders.
Feel for the stretch in the mid back.
Breathe in, release the reach and back to starting position.
