Exercise - Active VMO




Do not move the trunk or release the knee press or rotate the hip.


Position : Sit
Sit on the table with feet on the floor, place a towel roll/pillow between the knees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the towel roll between the knees and straighten one knee. Breathe in, maintain the press and bend the knee to starting position. Repeat.
