Exercise - Ball Pass With Leg Lift On Gym Ball




Do not arch/round the back or lean forward/backward.


Position : Sit
Sit on the gym ball such that hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees and hold the medicine ball in both hands.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift one leg off the floor by 2 inches, pass the medicine ball from one hand to another forward and backward. Repeat.
