Exercise - Finger Fold Stretch




Do not twist the finger or wrist.

Position : Stand
Stand, elbow bend to 90 degrees, palm facing towards the floor, hold one finger tip with another hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and blades set. Breathe out, using another hand move the finger towards the floor. Feel for the stretch on the top of the hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull.
