Exercise - Finger pinch




Do not bend or lock the fingers

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, place the forearm on the arm rest of the chair and palm facing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, pinch the tip of the thumb and index finger. Release the pinch and repeat with other fingers alternately
