Exercise - Front Wrist Stretch




Do not bend the elbow or twist the wrist.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees, palm facing to the floor and fingers closed.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set. Breathe out, place the other hand in the closed fingers and pull it towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch in the front of the wrist. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull.
