Exercise - Golfer’s Elbow Stretch




Do not lock the elbow or twist the wrist

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm ont he arm rest of the chair, hand off the arm rest and palm facing the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand in the direction of thumb followed by towards the floor. Using the other hand pull the hand in the same direction towards the floor and gradually straighten the elbow. Feel for the stretch on the inner aspect of forearm and elbow. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull and bend the elbow to starting position.
