Exercise - Leg In-Swipe




Do not arch the back, bend the knee or rotate the leg.

Model: Lobo


Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs straight forwad and toes pointing towards the ceiling, arms crossed over the chest.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift one leg off the floor by 1 inch and move it towards the body by crossing over the other leg keeping the knee straight. Breathe in, uncross the leg and move it back to starting position. Repeat.
