Exercise - Leg In-Twist with Theraband




Do not arch the back or lift the hip off the table or move other leg.

Position : Sit
Sit with arms by the side and one end of the theraband tied to the leg just above the ankle and other end to the stable surface on the same side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the hip such that the foot moves towards the body and knee-hip at same angle. Breathe in, untwist to starting position. Repeat.
