Exercise - Modified Dumbbell Bend Row




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulders or lock the knees

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, bend the knees to 15 degrees, bend forward from the trunk such that trunk is parallel to the floor, arms hanging down towards the floor holding dumbbells.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, pull the dumbbells by bending the elbows away from the trunk by 90 degrees and squeezing the blades. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
