DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand facing the wall with feet hip-width apart, place a gym ball between the wall and forehead.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the ball against the wall using the head gently. Maintaining the press, bend the neck towards the chin against the resistanc eof the ball. Hold. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
