Exercise - Side Plank Clamshell




Do not arch/round back or drop the hips.

Model: Lobo


Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with elbow under the shoulder and other hand on the waist, squeeze the buttocks and lift it off the floor such that trunk, hips and knees are in line.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the buttock lift the top knee towards the ceiling without seperating the feet. Breathe in, lower the knee to starting position. Repeat.
