Do not arch the back or release the blades squeeze.

Position : Stand
Stand against the wall with arms by the side such that thumb pointing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades elevate the arm overhead. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat
