Exercise - Supination Stretch with Elbow flexed




Do not move the shoulder or wrist

Position : Sit
Sit with elbow bend to 90 degrees and close to the trunk, rotate the forearm such that palm facing towards the ceiling, place another hand on the forearm just above the wrist.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, roatate the forearm further using the other hand. Feel for the stretch on the forearm. Hold. Breathe in, release the push.
