Exercise - Supine on Gym Ball and Crunch 2




Do not arch the back, round the back or move the elbows.

Position : Supine
Sit on the gym ball, roll forward such that back resting on the ball, hands behind the head such that elbows away from each other.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the head, shoulders, upper and mid back off the ball. Breathe in, lower the mid and upper back followed by shoulders and head. Repeat.
