Exercise - Wrist Extension Stretch with Elbow Flexed




Do not straighten the elbow or twist the wrist

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest, hand off the arm rest, move the hand upwards such that fingers facing the ceiling, place another hand on the palm near the ball of the fingers.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the other hand push the wrist further in the same direction. Feel for the stretch under the forearm. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull.
