Exercise - Wrist Flexion In-Gravity




Do not move the forearm or the elbow

Model: Diya


Position : Sit
Sit, rest the forearm on the arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest and palm facing towards the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand towards the floor such that fingers pointing towards the floor. Breathe in, move the hand back to starting position. Repeat.
