Exercise - Wrist Flexion Stretch with Elbow Extended




Do not bend the elbow or twist the wrist

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees such that elbow is straight, move the hand towards the floor, place another hand on the top of the hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, using other hand further move the hand towards the floor with fingers straight. feel for the stretch on the top of the forearm. Hold. Release the stretch.
