Position : Hook-lying

Lie on the back with legs straight forward, lower leg resting on the gym ball, toes pointing towards the ceiling, arms crossed over the chest.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and lift it off the floor such that trunk, hips and knees are in line. Lift one leg off the ball and lower it back on the ball. Repeat by alternatingly lifting the legs off the ball.

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart with toes pointing forward.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, walk forward such that the heel of the front foot is touching the toes of the back foot. alternately look up towards the ceiling and towards the floor while walking. continue walking with head motion.

Position : Sit

Sit on the gym ball with feet on the floor and hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees, arms elevated to 90 degrees by the side.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the upper back straight, lean forward through the hips. Breathe in, straighten the back up to starting position. Repeat.

Position : Stand

Stand facing the wall on a pillow with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, hold a ball in front.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, stand with feet close together, maintaining the balance, toss the ball on the wall forward. Repeat.
