Sit on the gym ball, hips-knees at 90-90 degrees, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube and the centre of the band under the feet.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe in, stretching the bands, side bend to one side.
Breathe out, release the band and back to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.

Breathe out, get on the pillow by placing one leg on the pillow followed by other.
Breathe in, get off the pillow in front.
Repeat.
Can increase the intensity.
Lie on the back, arms crossed over the chest and hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees with feet off the floor.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, straighten one leg forward.
Breathe in, bend the leg back to starting positon and straighten the other leg forward.
Repeat while alternating the legs.
