Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, hands on the knees.
Form & Movement
Maintain core set, chin tuck and blades set.
Breathe out, lift the head, shoulders and upper chest off the floor.
Breathe in, lower the upper chest, shoulders and head back to starting position.
Repeat.

Kneel in front of a gym ball placed behind and arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe in, lean on the ball backward with arms falling by the side such as opening the chest.
Feel for the stretch in the front of the trunk.
Hold.
Breathe out, back to starting position.

Recommended Exercise - Getting on and off the Step Sideways-Agility
Stand next to a 6 inch step with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, place one foot on the step sideways followed by another.
Breathe in, lower the first foot back to the starting position followed by the second.
Increase the speed gradually after
getting the rhythm.
Repeat
Lie on the back, arms crossed over the chest and ankle resting on the gym ball with knees straight.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, roll the ball sideways without lifting the opposite hip off the floor.
Breathe in, roll the ball back to starting position.
Repeat.
