Stand on a pllow with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, keep both feet together such that they are touching each other with toes pointing forward.
Maintaining the balance try reaching forward in different directions with one hand.
Repeat.
Lie on the back with feet off the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees, elevate the arms over head.
Maintain chin tuck, blade set and core set.
Breathe out, lower one leg towards the floor by straightening the knee and touch the bend knee with the opposite hand.
Breathe in, back to starting position.
Repeat by alternating the leg-hand motions.
Stand with feet hip width apart, toes pointing forward, hold a medicine ball in front.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, lift one leg off the floor.
Maintain the balance on one leg and pass the ball from one hand to another front and back.
Breathe in, lower the foot back on the floor.
Repeat.
