Lie on the stomach with legs straight forward, elevate the arms overhead holding a gym ball.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, lift the gym ball, head, shoulders and upper chest off the floor.
Breathe in, lower the upper chest, shoulders, head and gym ball back to the floor.
Repeat.

Sit on the ball, roll forward on the ball such that upper body on the ball and hips off the ball by squeezing the buttocks, arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, elevate both arms towards the ceiling, open the arms to the side in the direction of floor.
Breathe in, move back the arms facing the ceiling.
Repeat the arm motion.
Sit on a gym ball with feet on the floor and hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees, arms elevate to 90 degrees by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, rotate the trunk to one side.
Breathe in, un-twist back to starting position.Repeat and switch sides.

Stand facing a pillow and wall, step on the pillow and stand such that the heel of the front foot touches the toes of the back foot, hold a ball in front.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, maintaining the balance toss ball on the wall in front.
Repeat.
