Breathe out, let the arms fall towards the floor by the side and look up.
Feel for the stretch on the front of the cheat and stomach.
Hold.
Breathe out, roll back to starting position.
Stand with feet hip-width apart with toes pointing forward.

Breathe out, look up, walk forward such that the heel of the front foot is touching the toes of the back foot.
Keep looking towards the ceiling.
Walk heel-to-toe in a straight line.
Sit on the gym ball with hips-knees bend at 90-90 degrees.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, roll the ball by moving the hip in a clockwise direction-anticlockwise direction on the ball.
Repeat by alternating the motion.

Stand with feet hip-width apart and hold the gym ball close to the chest with dumbbell in each hand.
Form & Movement
Maintain the chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, twist to 45 degrees to one side, lean forward keeping the back flat.
Breathe in, twist to the centre and then to the other side.
Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and straighten the back to the starting position.
Repeat.
