Lie on the back, arms crossed over the chest and feet on the floor with knees bend to 90 degrees.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe in, lift one foot off the floor by 4 inches.
Breathe out, foot back on the floor and lift the other foot off the floor.
Repeat.
Lie on the back with feet off the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees, elevate the arms over head.
Maintain chin tuck, blade set and core set.
Breathe out, lower one leg towards the floor by straightening the knee and touch the bend knee with the opposite hand.
Breathe in, back to starting position.
Repeat by alternating the leg-hand motions.

Stand with feet hip-width apart against the wall, rest the back on the wall, arms crossed over chest.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, bend the knees, lower down towards the floor by 30 degrees such as sitting on a chair, back in contact with the wall.
Breathe in, squeeze the buttocks and stand up to starting position.
Repeat.
