Recommended Exercise - Stand Narrow BOS on Pillow and Ball Toss Sideways
Position : Stand
Stand on 1 pillow next to the wall with feet touching each other and toes pointing forward, holding a ball in both hands in front.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out,maintaining the balance, rotate the trunk and toss the ball on the wall sideways. Repeat.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Super Man Gym Ball Lift
Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach with legs straight forward, elevate the arms overhead holding a gym ball.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the gym ball, head, shoulders and upper chest off the floor. Breathe in, lower the upper chest, shoulders, head and gym ball back to the floor. Repeat.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Knee Lateral Bend
Position : Kneel
Kneeling posiiton with arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, straighten one leg to the side, rest the hand on the other side of the straighten leg such that hand under the shoulder. Breathe in, elevate the other arm overhead and feel for the stretch on the side of the trunk of the straighten leg. Hold. Back to starting position.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Gym Ball Level 2 Crunch
Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs on the gym ball such that hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees, hands behind the head such that elbows facing away from each other.
