AVANTI L SHAPE TRIPOD STICK

Position : Long Sitting

Sit, arms elevate to 90 degrees by the side and knees straight with a gym ball in between the ankle and toes pointing upward.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the ball between the ankles and twist the back in one direction with arms moving in the same direction. Breathe in, untwist to starting position. Repeat in other direction.

Position : Stand

Stand facing a pillow, feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, step on the pillow and stand such that heel of the front leg touches the toes of the back leg.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, reach forward with one hand in different directions. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart beside a medicine ball such that toes pointing forward.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, squat down, rotate the trunk and lift the ball. Breathe out, squeeze the buttock and straight up holding ball in front close to chest. Repeat.

Position : Sit

Sit on the gym ball with feet on the floor such that hips-knees bend at 90-90 degrees, arms by the side.

 

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the back to one side as if trying to look behind. Breathe in, untwist back to starting posiiton. Repeat and switch sides.
