Recommended Exercise - Core Set

Position : Supine

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend to 90 degrees, arms crossed over the chest.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck and blades set. Breathe out, pull the belly button towards the spine as if flattening the back and touching the floor. Hold. Breathe in, back to starting position.

Recommended Exercise - Gym Ball Side Bend With ResistanceTube

Position : Sit

Sit on the gym ball, hips-knees at 90-90 degrees, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube and the centre of the band under the feet.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, stretching the bands, side bend to one side. Breathe out, release the band and back to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.

Stand next to the chair with feet 6-8 inches away from each other and toes pointing forward, hold the back rest for balance if required.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move one leg close to the other such that feet are hip-width apart. Maintain the balance and hold the position. Back to starting position.

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, walk forward by placing the foot diagonally out at 45 degrees. Breathe in, bring the other foot close to the front foot. Repeat in an opposite direction.
