Recommended Exercise - Knee Fore-Arm Side Plank
Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with elbow under the shoulder and other hand on the waist, knees bend to 90 degrees.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and lift it off the floor such that shoulder, trunk, hip and knees are in line. Breathe in, lower the buttocks towards the floor. Repeat.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Gym Ball Level 2 Crunch
Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs on the gym ball such that hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees, hands behind the head such that elbows facing away from each other.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the elbows, head, shoulders and upper chest off the floor. Breathe in, lower the upper chest, shoulders, head and elbow back to the floor. Repeat.Exercise Video

Stand facing a pillow, feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, step on the pillow and stand such that heel of the front leg touches the toes of the back leg.

Lie on the stomach with legs straight forward, elevate the arms overhead holding a gym ball.Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the gym ball, head, shoulders and upper chest off the floor. Breathe in, lower the upper chest, shoulders, head and gym ball back to the floor. Repeat.
