Recommended Exercise - Up-Ward Kicks
Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach with legs straight forward, arms by the side and knees straight.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the buttock and kick the leg towards the ceiling keeping the knee straight. Breathe in, lower the leg to starting position. Repeat.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Gym Ball Knee-Elbow Oblique Crunch
Position : Hook-lying
Lie on the back with legs on the gym ball such that hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees, hands behind the head such that elbows facing away from each other.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the elbows, head, shoulders and upper chest off the floor and twist the trunk to one direction as if trying to touch the elbow to opposite knee and lift the knee off the ball. Breathe in, untwist and lower the upper chest, shoulders, head and elbow back to the floor. Repeat.Exercise Video

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, loop a theraband around the legs above ankles.
Recommended Exercise - Forward Lunge
Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by the side.Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, take a step forward, lower the body towards the floor by bending the knee and hip of front leg until the knee of behind leg is almost in contact with the floor. Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and return back to standing position. Repeat.
