DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube and centre of the band under the feet, thumbs pointing away from the body.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the elbows against the resistance with the elbows close to the trunk. Breathe in, straighten the elbows to starting position. Repeat.
